We guarantee your check in from 15:00; before this we cannot guarantee the availability of the room. If you would like an early check in, then make sure to book the room for the night before. Our reception and the concierge service is there for you 24 hours a day- you can never be ‘too late’ for us. We will always happily look after your luggage for you. Daily check-out until 12:00 pm.
Yes of course! We charge €25.00 for your four-legged friends and can provide some dog food as well as a basket and toys for them. Dogs have free access everywhere except in our wellness and fitness area.
The hotel Munich Palace has its own multi-level underground carpark. We charge €35.00 a night. We also have electric car charging ports.
Yes, all our communal areas are very accessible. We have one step-free WC on the ground floor near the restaurant as well as special step-free, accessible executive double room.

The 4th floor of the hotel is the dedicated spa and wellness area with facilities including a sauna and steam room, a relaxing roof terrace as well as TechnoGym gym equipment. There are a number of swimming pools near the hotel; ‘Müllerisches Volksbad’ (indoor swimming pool) and the famous open air ‘Prinzregentenbad’ (summer months only).
We offer a range of additional cots and beds for babies and children. Children under the age of 3 are able to spend the night at no additional cost. Extra beds are available in larger rooms starting from deluxe double rooms; children up to the age of 14 can spend the night for €50.00 and from the age of 15 for €70.00.

The Palace Restaurant and Wintergarten open from 12.00pm and we serve through until 23.00. Our garden terrace is open on fair weather days and stays open until 22.30. The bar is open daily until 01.00am. Finally, we offer 24-hour room service.
The closest ATM is 350m from the hotel Munich Palace at the Commerzbank on the Prinzregentenstraße. To exchange foreign currency, there is a bank 750m away from the hotel. We are able to exchange small sums at the reception but please go into the town to find a better exchange rate. Please ask reception for more detailed directions.
The Hotel München Palace is approximately 2.5km from the city centre. In other words, a 25-minute walk, a 10-minute bicycle ride (with our fleet of bicycles), or 10 minutes by bus, tram or underground. Tickets for public transport are available at reception.
You are able to able to book an Airport Shuttle. Please book this with reception at the price of 160€. The airport is 32km away with a travel time of 25-30 minutes. (Traffic dependant)
