We offer 2 fully-air-conditioned, natural daylight function rooms for your meetings, product presentations, interviews or business meals. In May we will welcome you in our new Palace Wintergarten, the light room, adjacent to our marvelous garden is the ideal venue for private and business occasions.

For small business discussions our Business Suite offers round table space for up to 4 persons.

Weather permitting; we gladly serve your coffee breaks on one of our two roof terraces.

  • Salon Diana 35 m² (376 sq ft) for up to 20 people
  • Palace Restaurant 41 m² (441 sq ft) for up to 30 people

Half-Day Conference Package:

(Use of the room until 12:00 noon / or as of 12:00 noon)

• Room hire of the booked conference room
• Standard Conference Equipment (1 projector, 1 whiteboard, 1 flipchart, 1 screen)
• Free Wi-Fi for each conference participant
• Writing utensils and Candy Bar
• Unlimited softdrinks and mineral water during the conference in the meeting room
• One Coffee break (in the morning or afternoon) with coffee, tea and variety of sweets
   (in the morning with sweet pastries, in the afternoon with homemade cakes)
• 3-course Lunch menu at our chef´s choice, excluding beverages

Conference Package:

(Use of the room from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.)

• Unlimited soft drinks and mineral water during the conference in the meeting room
• A creative conference break in the morning with coffee, finest tea varieties and sweet pastries
• 3-course Lunch menu at our chef´s choice, excluding beverages
• A creative conference break in the afternoon with coffee, finest tea varieties and homemade cakes
